I love this mod, but like all mods, there are plenty of room for improvements.
First, I think there should be one more set of EVIS models, to fit in between the suit-and-tie ones and the elite active camo ones (combine prison replacement?) What I think is that the suit-and-tie ones are the fast response units (since a suit doesn't seem to be appropriate attire for personel operating in heavily bio-hazardous areas). When the situation gets bad (zombies everywhere), armoured troopers (reskinned combines regulars?) should be used. When hard-ass mutants show up, the crack teams (active camo EVIS units) show up too. Hope you get what I mean...
Scripted sequences should be smoother and more fluid. I got stuck in some areas of the game because some NPCs just stopped following the preset script and just stood there. Their movement during a sequence is also very jagged and un-natural.
New npcs could also be added. Perhaps zombie EVIS soldiers? (To stop people saying "THEY R WHEREING RESPIRATORS LOLZ", I presumed that the virus could infect through wounds. Logic?) Just tougher versions of zombies, really.
More weapons? A real sniper rifle would be nice (the adv Steyr was too DMR like...) Maybe different weapons for the same type of weapon eg an automatic pistol firing weak bullets and having shitty grouping versus accurate semi-auto firing hard hitting rounds (to make weapons different, not better, if you know what I mean...). The appility to ditch weapons with the touch of a key would be nice.
While I find the difficulty fair, you should introduce the play to gun-wielding enemies slightly slower eg after the dream sequence, the first few EVIS agents should be armed with pistols, not trying to rambo you with a combination of smg and grenade fire. They can easily overwhelm your first timers and noobs.
Voice acting is quite good, but sometimes you can't really hear what they are saying. The mad church dweller is shocking, however... Some files are played for the wrong person eg. after the rock crusher got blown up, the policeman speaks with a FEMALE'S voice (yet I haven't really spotted any female officers anywhere...). New zombie sounds whould be needed, since the the current ones are somewhat funny...
Also, as mentioned by other members, it would be great if Alex managed to rescue his sister (I'm pretty sure I heard sobbing in the labs in the final chapter...) I mean, despite the fact that I am a sadist, it seems rather depressing that Alex had lost EVERYTHING he likes in his life at the end of the game...
Some of the maps are good, while others (catacombs) are blocky and... crude? Looks like they are rushed.

many EVIS models were planned (and hundreds of coolawesomeneverbeforeseen-enemies/weapons/features), but we hadn't "enought time". I mean, allof us had enought of intensive modding for 3 years and, as you may know, many mods are dying beacause of the dev-team boredom and lack of time. We had to release it quickly.
